If you have searched using the customers first and last name and are unable to find them in the database (and the card number is not available), you will need to call the LifeClub head office as we will be able to perform a more in depth search. Be sure to have the customers address, date of birth, email and any other possible details written down to help as track down your customer.
If you would like to run a store specific voucher, such as customers receive Double Dollars off Beauty for a week, simply contact the LifeClub head office team and we can set this up for you. Vouchers are an effective and low cost way to engaging with your database.
