Eligible Entrants:

Entry is open to Australian residents who are members of a participating pharmacy’s loyalty program. For the sake of clarity, individuals who sign up as a new loyalty program member at a participating pharmacy during the Promotional Period are also eligible to enter this Promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an Eligible Entrant’s identity, age and address) and to disqualify any Eligible Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Eligible Entrant will be deemed to be the person in whose name the pharmacy Rewards program membership is held.

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating pharmacies and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

If for any reason whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the promotion is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, unless to do so would be prohibited by law, to: (a) disqualify any Eligible Entrant; and/or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to cancel, suspend, modify, terminate or cancel the promotion.

How to Enter:

To receive entries in this Promotion during the Promotional Period an Entrant must meet both the following conditions:

·         Customers who spend $30 on non-prescription items to receive a Scratch Card.

·         Scratch Card to be given to the customer immediately at time of eligible sale.

·         Shop between the promotional period.

Winning Method

Each participating pharmacy to receive the following Scratch Card Prizes

Customers have a 37% chance of receiving a winning Scratch Card.

Each pharmacy will receive 750 scratch cards. The promotion will run while supplies last, and all cards will be distributed by the end of the month. See breakdown of 750 vouchers:

1.     2 x $50 Visa Card

Customer to present the winning scratch card at the pharmacy to claim the prize. Prize will be available for pick-up from the pharmacy from 30/10/2024.

2.     50 x Receive 10% off Sunscreen

Offer valid to 30/11/2024 when buying any sunscreen purchase.

3.     50 x Receive $2 off when you spend $10 or more on any single vitamin product

Offer valid to 30/11/2024 when buying any single vitamin product over $10.

4.     25 x Receive $5 off* your next purchase

Receive $5 off when the customer spends $30 or more on non-prescription items in one transaction. Offer valid till 30/11/2024.

5.     150 x 10% off selected* Chemists’ Own, Apo Health & Pharmacy Care products

Offer excludes Pharmacist-Only and Prescription Medicines. Offer valid to 30/11/2024.

6.     473 x Better Luck Next Time

Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these conditions of entry, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured.

Winning scratch cards are only valid in the pharmacy where the customers received the scratch card.

Scratch Card must be presented to redeem the prize.

Winning Scratch Cards valid for one use only.

Scratch Card prizes not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

Prize Conditions:

Scratch Card prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.

If the $50 Visa Gift Card remains unclaimed by 31/01/2025 the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw. Which will occur at Independent Pharmacies of Australia Group LTD (IPA), ABN: 73 609 137 546, 15-17 Chapel St, Cremorne, VIC, 3121, Australia. With all retail transactions of $30 or more during the promotion period to be in the unclaimed draw. Winners will be drawn by computerised random selection. Winner will be phone/emailed to collect the prize.

Privacy and Personal Information:

All personal information of any entrant collected by Your Pharmacy and the Promoter will be used to administer, operate and manage this promotion as well as operate, administer and operate Your Pharmacy’s rewards program and conduct activities relating to the promotion, planning, researching, and marketing of the Promoter’s and Your Pharmacy’s goods, services or product.

In addition to the Promoter and Your Pharmacy disclosing personal information to each other, personal information may be disclosed to the Promoter’s affiliates for the purposes of assisting the Promoter and its affiliates to meet the objectives disclosed above.

As a condition to entry into this Promotion, each entrant agrees that the Promoter and Your Pharmacy may publish the name of each winner and use their name and a photograph in any associated promotional material.
